Grape variety: 100% Chenin Blanc.
Vinification: 16 months ageing on lees in 400L barrels.
Special feature: Vinified without added sulfur.
In her article, Carla Elle Rogovsky describes this wine as a nice surprise from Chinon, a region known above all for its reds. She writes:
