Organic Chinon Wines
On the heights of the village of Cravant-les- Coteaux, Domaine des Bernard passionately cultivates 11 hectares of vines, 10 of which are devoted to Cabernet Franc and 1 hectare to Chenin, recognized as the white gold of the appellation. This winegrowing estate in Chinon benefits from an exceptional terroir that enriches its Loire wines, vintage after vintage. The vines are farmed organically, and the wines are made using natural methods, reflecting the authenticity and uniqueness of this terroir.

The estate extends over an emblematic appellation, that of Chinon wines. The vines thrive on terroirs rich in a multitude of soil structures, making this area a rarity. Each Domaine des Bernard cuvée offers the quintessence of its terroir… great Loire wines, racy and sharp.
All Domaine des Bernard plots are located on hillsides, on natural terraces offering ideal exposure. Right up to the bedrock, Cravant-les-Coteaux‘s terroirs progress from sandy-silt soil on calcareous colluvium to flinty silt and tufa.
